Northville Public Schools Early Childhood Education Pre-K Programs have earned accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYA) — the nation’s leading organization for early childhood professionals.

The Early Childhood Education Programs in Northville, MI earned this honor and mark of quality for their commitment to reaching the highest professional standards. NAEYC Accreditation confirms the children in the Pre-K programs are getting the best care and early learning experiences possible.

Northville’s Early Childhood Education team of administrators and educators completed an extensive self-study process, measuring the program and its services against 10 NAEYC Program standards including more than 400 related accreditation criteria to earn NAEYC accreditation.

“The NAEYC accreditation system raises the bar for preschools, child care centers and other early childhood programs,” said Mark Ginsberg, Ph.D., executive director of NAEYC. “The NAEYC accreditation of the Northville Public Schools Early Childhood Education Program is a sign that they are a leader in a national effort to invest in high-quality early childhood education, and to help give all children a better start.”
