located off Beck between Five and Six Mile Roads. Community Park recently expanded to include 3 lighted baseball diamonds, 11 soccer fields (2 of them are lighted for night play), 1 lacrosse field, large play structure, picnic shelter, 2 restrooms, a concession facility and an incredible 4 acre Dog Park. Northville is one of several Michigan communities bringing the dog park experience to their residents and the response has been overwhelming. Community Park is again this year hosting the 4th Annual Northville Oktoberfest. This year’s festivities begin Friday, October 9 and run through Saturday, October 10, 2009 with free admission to Village, delicious food, entertainment, music, inflatable rides, todddler hay bale maze, Oktoberfest merchandise, classic car show, beer tent and dance floor. Entrance and parking for activities is located off Five Mile.
