Law School, out of Lansing announced that it will open a campus in the Northeast Ann Arbor neighborhood in the space, to be vacated by the Ave Maria Law School. This will be another “feather in the cap” so to speak for the Plymouth Road corridor, that has seen its fair share of an influx of new businesses lately. The  84,500′ campus located at 3475 Plymouth Road, some prime Ann Arbor Real Estate, will employ 35+ people  and has 80+ deposits already from prospective students. The level of interest so far, shows the desirability of Ann Arbor for a law school.  Cooley, is a privately operated law school, opened in Lansing over 100 years ago. In addition to Lansing, there are also campuses in Grand Rapids and Auburn Hills. Tuition is set to be $26,800 for full time students. Classes are expected to start in September.
