You may be familiar with the Michigan Real Estate “Full Disclosure Law”, it means a that a home Seller must disclose everything that is wrong with the house to potential Buyers. Generally speaking, if the information that the Seller failed to disclose falls within the parameters of Michigan’s “Full Disclosure Law” or causes you (the buyer) to be damaged, you may have a case against the Seller and/or others who were “third-parties” in the transfer of ownership from the Seller to the Buyer!

I suppose this Seller just wanted to cover all of his bases…
